About the Role
n
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Medical Centre Receptionists to join our team at Our Medical Williams Landing.
n
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and efficient front-of-house experience. You will also provide essential administrative support to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the medical centre.
n

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience for all patients and visitors
n




Support patient check-ins via the Our Medical app and other general enquiries
n
Support healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow
n
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as required
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception environment
n
n
About You
n
You are a proactive and service-driven professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. You take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.

You will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
n
Experience in a medical centre or general practice environment (preferred)
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
n
Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a quick-paced environment
n
Flexibility to work morning, evening and weekend shifts
n
