The Role
n
In this key leadership position, you will:

Manage large-scale electrical construction projects, including major high-rise and tower developments
n
Lead experienced project teams, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project delivery
n
Oversee projects from initial planning through to completion and handover
n
Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth and business direction
n
n
About You
n
Success in this role will come from your ability to consistently deliver outcomes and lead with confidence.

You will ideally bring:

Strong experience within electrical construction
n
Exposure to high-rise or tower projects (highly regarded)
n
Well-developed commercial and financial management skills
n
Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide teams
n
A proactive mindset, strong accountability, and a solution-focused approach
