Doucas Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our established family dental practice in Midland, WA.

About The Practice

Doucas Dental is a modern, QIP‐accredited practice equipped with advanced technology, including:

We are a preferred provider with HBF and CBHS and have established policies and procedures supporting high standards of clinical care.

Our practice is conveniently located in Midland, opposite a major shopping centre, with easy access to the northern suburbs.

The Opportunity
n
We are looking for a dentist with 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 2–3 years of clinical experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
n
The role offers exposure to a broad range of treatment, with a particularly strong patient base requiring:

Implant dentistry
n
Veneers and cosmetic dentistry
n
Crowns and bridges
n
Prosthodontics
n
Restorative and general dentistry
n
n
Experience in implants and comprehensive cosmetic dentistry will be highly regarded.
n
Remuneration
n
n
40% commission




n
Sliding‐scale incentive structure based on performance and production
n
Potential to earn approximately $300,000–$500,000 per year for the right candidate, depending on performance and production
n
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and a patient‐centred approach. You should be comfortable managing a busy schedule, working collaboratively with an experienced team and taking ownership of comprehensive treatment planning and patient care.

A commitment to continuing education and preventative dentistry is also expected.
