We are offering an exciting trainee position for someone who wants to grow into a highly skilled Dyno Tuning Technician. No prior tuning experience is required—just the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine love for automotive performance.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Trainee Dyno Tuning Technician, you will:
Assist in vehicle setup and preparation for dyno testing
Learn how to operate dyno equipment and tuning software
Support senior technicians with diagnostics, data logging, and performance analysis
Develop hands on skills in ECU tuning, mechanical adjustments, and performance optimisation
Work in a rapid paced workshop environment with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong IT skills (software, data, troubleshooting)
Mechanical understanding or background—formal or informal
A genuine passion for cars, engines, and tuning
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Ideally suited to a younger person looking to build a long term career in automotive performance
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
