We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major Digital Experience Platform (DXP) transformation, working with a systems integration partner and cross-functional Technology, Digital, Marketing, Data, Cyber Security and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of CMS, CMP, DAM and Opal AI.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and governance.
Coordinate internal teams, systems integrators, vendors and digital agencies.
Oversee platform configuration, integrations, content and asset migration, testing and deployment.
Ensure security, data governance, accessibility and responsible AI requirements are addressed.
Lead go-live, operational readiness, hypercare and transition to BAU.




Provide transparent reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You:
Proven experience delivering complex digital, technology or platform implementations.
Experience with DXP, CMS, DAM, CMP, marketing technology or customer-facing digital platforms.
Solid stakeholder, vendor, risk, commercial and project governance skills.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, data, cyber security and enterprise technology settings.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Pragmatic, resilient and outcome-focused.
