About the Role
We are a growing migration consultancy based in Springwood seeking a dedicated Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our team in-office. Whether you are a newly registered agent looking to kickstart your career or an experienced professional seeking a supportive setting with robust earning potential, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and lodge complex visa applications, skills assessments, and tribunal appeals.
Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, skill assessing authorities, and clients.
Maintain updated case records in our CRM and ensure strict compliance with OMARA Code of Conduct standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must hold a current Registration with OMARA (RMA License) – Mandatory.
Strong understanding of Australian migration law and visa subclasses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fresh graduates / Newly registered agents are welcome to apply (full guidance and onboarding provided).
100% In-Office Role: Work location is in-person at our Springwood office (no work-from-home/remote options available).
