We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive team member to join our Cellar team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our venues and back-of-house spaces across the CBD precinct.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen & BOH Support
Receive, check, and store daily kitchen deliveries
Liaise with suppliers and maintain invoice records
Organise storage spaces and maintain kitchen cool rooms and CBD storerooms
Cellar & Bar Support
Receive and restock bar deliveries
Maintain cellar organisation and cleanliness
General Operations
Morning waste removal and disposal management
Maintain sundry, takeaway, and disposal areas
Support with ad-hoc maintenance, movement, and general upkeep tasks
About You
Reliable, punctual,
and efficient with solid attention to detail
Physically capable of handling manual tasks
Enjoys working as part of a cooperative team
Previous experience in hospitality operations, logistics, or facilities management is a plus

Pay: $33.85 – $67.70 per hour
