Position Overview

The HR Manager will lead and direct the human resources functions at Oscar Mobile Pty Ltd, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services while supporting our business objectives and company culture.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development programs
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and workplace regulations
Administer compensation and perks programs
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Handle visa sponsorship and immigration matters
Manage workplace health and safety programs
Lead training and development initiatives
Provide strategic advice to management on HR-related matters

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR management roles
Thorough knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices




Experience with HRIS and recruitment systems
Solid understanding of visa sponsorship and immigration processes

Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Advanced organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail or mobile telecommunications industry
Knowledge of modern HR practices and talent management strategies

Remuneration: $100,000-$120,000
