Key Duties
Preparing and cooking authentic Bhutanese dishes
Planning and assisting with menu development
Checking and maintaining the quality and freshness of ingredients
Managing food preparation, portioning and presentation
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards
Assisting with ordering and stock control
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience preparing authentic Bhutanese cuisine
Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Strong knowledge of traditional Bhutanese dishes, ingredients and cooking techniques
Ability to prepare, cook and present dishes consistently to restaurant standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy kitchen team
Positive understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures





The role is suitable for a chef who has genuine hands-on experience with Bhutanese cuisine and is interested in joining an established hospitality business in the heart of Northbridge.
