This has provided a solid and consistent baseline of projects with opportunities for growth.
The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager on a 6-month contract, specific to an exciting new commercial fit-out project initially, but may extend to a permanent role if suitable. This initial 6-month contract role entails:
Based on site in the Melbourne CBD for a repeat Client
Overseeing and leading all aspects of the project with support from the director
Driving the overall programme within a tight, compressed timeframe
Driving design resolution to meet the programme
Code compliance
Directing and allocating of project resources and supervision
Overseeing quality outcomes of the final product
Overseeing WHS
There will be less of a requirement of contract administration oversight for this role on this project
Defect management
The Candidate
Consider applying if you fit the following criteria:
Have a relevant qualification - tertiary and trade qualifications considered
Have experience using typical industry software e.g. Procore, Breadcrumb or Hammertech, Microsoft suite, MS Project for programming
Have experience working in premium grade CBD office buildings
Can clearly demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on fast-paced projects valued over at least $5M
Ability to handle the pressure of a quick paced project and workplace
Strong in programming
Are a systematic operator, while also being agile and open to alternative methods
Have a positive attitude
Keen to work in a growing business with opportunity for future work
Remuneration to be determined based on experience and suitability.
