Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the Perth team to support commercial and construction projects, by ensuring contracts are administered accurately, and in line with budget and time, to support successful project delivery.
This position is based near Jandakot in Perth, with potential prospects across Australia for the right candidate.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for supporting the effective commercial and contractual management of construction projects. The role ensures contracts are administered accurately and in accordance with project requirements, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and
supporting successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Build solid working relationships with site staff and project managers to support project delivery
Administer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
Prepare and administer contract variations in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
Prepare commercial and cost reports
Maintain accurate records and confidentiality
Ensure all construction and commercial activities comply with policies and regulations
Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
White Card (Construction Industry Induction Card)
C class driver's license
National Police Check
(Preferred) Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Business (or equivalent)
3+ years within the construction industry in Contracts Administration or similar
