Opening to the public in early 2022, Saazaa is a boutique roasting warehouse with a showroom-style café up front and an espresso bar at the back, right in the heart of Ringwood.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Barista who cares deeply about excellent coffee and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll bring:
A keen eye for detail
A positive, can-do attitude
Robust leadership skills, with the ability to support the Head Barista and step in when needed

What We’re Looking For
Experience:



At least 12 months in a specialty coffee venue — from programming machines and following recipes to pour over and cold brew.
Mindset: A team player who’s reliable, hardworking, and loves engaging with customers.
Availability: Saturdays and Sundays are essential.
Passion: A desire to talk coffee, share our story, and keep developing your craft.
