About the Role
Reporting to the Rostering Team Leader, you will keep the central rostering function running smoothly, maintaining accurate system data, responding to queries and helping services fill gaps quickly. Key duties include:
Entering, verifying and cleansing data in the rostering system
Responding to queries from managers and coordinators on entitlements and rostering rules
Identifying replacement staff for planned and unplanned absences
Monitoring daily alerts and ensuring vacant shifts are filled appropriately
Providing guidance on use of the rostering system (Kronos)
General administrative support for the rostering team
This is a fully on-site role in Caboolture.
During the training period, shifts are 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm; ongoing availability across 6am-6pm is required.
About You
You are a detail-oriented customer service or administration candidate who stays calm under pressure and picks up recent systems quickly. You will ideally bring:
Experience in administration, customer service or a contact centre
Solid computer literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
Availability for an immediate start with flexibility across 6am-6pm shifts
Prior rostering experience or a background in aged care is highly advantageous

$36.50 per hour + superannuation
2-month contract with an immediate start
Caboolture location, fully in office
During the training period, shifts are 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm.
Ongoing availability across 6am-6pm is required.
