A rare opportunity has become available for a high-calibre Finance Manager to join a large, complex organisation in a highly visible corporate reporting role.

This position will suit a Big 4 trained finance professional, ideally a first or second mover, who is looking to step into a broader commercial role with leadership, stakeholder engagement and genuine ownership.

About the role
n
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will take ownership of corporate reporting, consolidation and financial control across multiple business units. While not purely hands-on, you will need to be technically strong and comfortable getting into the detail when required.
n
You will lead a small team and play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own monthly and quarterly corporate reporting processes
n
Consolidate results across multiple business units
n
Review balance sheet, P&L; and statutory reporting outputs
n
Provide clear analysis, commentary and insight to senior stakeholders
n
Lead,



coach and develop a small finance team
n
Partner with business units to improve reporting quality and accountability
n
Drive process improvement across reporting, controls and financial governance
n
n
About You
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
Big 4 audit background
n
CA qualification or equivalent
n
First or second move from professional services
n
Strong technical accounting and reporting capability
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Confidence leading and developing a team
n
A proactive, ownership-led approach
n
Ability to operate commercially, not just as a reporter
n
