Providing one-on-one and group support to young people, assisting with cultural programs, workshops, and outreach. Maintaining clear communication, safety, and professional boundaries

Working within Kija's cultural values and trauma-informed practice

About you
n

Experience working with young people (formal or informal)
n




Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures
n
Ability to build rapport, stay calm, and work respectfully
n
Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication
n
Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n
Driver's licence preferred
n
