As our barista/all rounder you'll be the friendly face and smooth operator at the front line

The Role

Lead the customer experience: warmly welcome guests, take orders, and manage service flow.
n
Maintain an inviting and tidy café environment. Think clean counters, organised display of pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere.
n
Handle transactions and manage stock: including daily cash reconciliations and coordinating product availability between the front and bakery.
n
Champion our brand values: demonstrate passion for quality, care for local and sustainable sourcing, and enthusiasm for our unique offerings.

Produce consistent, quality, barista quality coffe every time.
