Overview

As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping team, you will help keep our rooms exceptionally clean and detail-oriented, working with the team to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.

Primary Responsibilities
n

Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression
n
Follow established guidelines to maintain our high standards
n
Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
n
Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
n
Respect guest privacy and security
n
Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
n
Warm, welcoming communication with guests and team members
n
Solid attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in tasks
n




Comfort with a physical role and navigating between rooms via internal/external stairs and pathways
n
Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
n
Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
