Tailored Assessments:Combine standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to each participant's unique needs.

Work close to home: Our main office hub is in Ashmore where you will attend MDT meetings & training sessions. The rest of your time is working from home. Caseloads are allocated within 30 mins or so from your home suburb.
n
Support & training: Weekly supervision sessions! Scheduled training & development by clinicalspeech leads.
n
Want Part or full time? Sure! we can consider a minimum of 2 x days or more - no weekend work.

Your Role Will Include:
n
Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
n
Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
n
Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
n
Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
n
Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).
n
Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
n
Qualifications
n
What You Will Need:
n
Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
n
Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
n
Solid organisational and time management skills.
n
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
n
A fun, team-first approach to work.
n
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
n
