About the Role
n
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth across Bridgeford Group's divisions in Melbourne or Sydney.
n
This is a relationship-led, solutions-focused role, suited to someone who understands the built environment and enjoys working across technical, commercial and strategic conversations. You will help identify opportunities, shape solutions, and build long-term client partnerships across our specialist service lines.

What You'll Do
n
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across property, infrastructure and the built setting
n
Identify and pursue opportunities across Bridgeford's engineering, energy and decarbonisation services
n
Work closely with technical teams to develop integrated, value-led solutions
n
Lead proposals, tenders and client presentations from early engagement through to contract close
n




Represent Bridgeford Group in the market as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience in business development, client management or technical sales within the built environment
n
Background or strong exposure to one or more of the following:
n
Mechanical or building services engineering
n
Energy, sustainability or decarbonisation
n
Smart buildings, BMS or energy management
n
Infrastructure, property or professional services
n
Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
n
Curiosity, initiative and comfort working across technical and commercial teams
n
n
You don't need experience across every discipline — we're interested in people with relevant backgrounds who are keen to grow and broaden their exposure.
