Job Description
Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager at Greenacre to lead daily operations, service and stock across a high-volume department. You will oversee about 20 team members and report to the Operations Manager, ensuring the best customer experience and robust stock control.

You will drive safety, engagement and coaching, while coordinating with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety teams to meet KPI targets and service promises. Weekend work is required.
