Reporting directly to the owners, we are looking for someone with:
n
Proven experience working in fast-paced customer facing retail – preferably in food.
n
The natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others.
n
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
n
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
n
Ability to work a versatile rotating roster including weekends. A strong focus on customer service and driven by results.
n
A passion in the brand.
n
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
n
Team/culture building, employee training and rosters.
n
Operational improvement.
n
Stock management, cost control and budget management.
n
A minimum of one year in a management-based role is essential.
n
