We have been retained to find and appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a rapid-growing B2B products business, backed by private equity. The business has a strong ambition to scale rapidly in Australia through a combination of M&A;, organic growth and value creation activity.
n
As CFO, you will report to the CEO and play a pivotal role in driving a major value creation agenda, ultimately steering the business toward a future capital event.
n
To be considered for this position, you should have the following profile:
n
A proven track record as a CFO or Deputy CFO in a high-SKU, product-based business model (essential).
n
Demonstrated commercial partnering experience,



helping to scale a business, growing revenue and profitability.
n
Experience with strategic mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition integration.
n
Exceptional financial management capability and a strong commercial CFO skillset.
n
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
n
A hands-on style and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
n
Private equity experience is preferred but not essential.
n
Must hold current working rights in Australia.
