Your Role:
n
n
Community role with office locations ("Hubs")
n
Mixed caseload | Paediatrics - Adults | Tailor your caseload to your preference
n
Deliver therapy within a person's natural setting and routine
n
Access mentoring and internal support to help grow your expertise and skills
n
Participate in a weekly team meeting and contribute thoughts, ideas and solutions and engage in collaborative learning
n
Complete reflective practice to develop evidence-based therapy plans
n
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
n
n
Offered Support:
n
n
Receive Guidance from a Career Coach/ mentor to discuss challenges with your caseload and learn while on the job
n
Undertake a 12 month Training Program where you can refine your knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods
n
Extend your skills by engaging in team collaborative learning sessions conducted by Industry Leading Occupational Therapists
n

Requirements:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Drivers license and own vehicle
n
n
