Compnow is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of client contracts and onsite staff. You will collaborate with SDMs, report on service performance, and escalate issues to ensure SLA delivery and continuous improvement.

You will own and review MSAs, drive BAU service delivery, coach team leaders, manage risk, build solid client relationships, chair governance meetings, and deliver regular operational reporting, with ITIL-aligned processes and ISO **** awareness.
