The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work within a well-supported Obstetrics & Gynaecology department providing exposure to a broad range of obstetric, gynaecological and emergency presentations.

You will work alongside experienced Consultants and a multidisciplinary team, with a strong emphasis on education, supervision and registrar development.
n
The role offers excellent opportunities to develop practical skills and gain valuable experience relevant to the RANZCOG training pathway.

You will join an established O&G; service providing care to women across the local and surrounding regional communities.

The department offers exposure to a diverse range of clinical presentations, providing Registrars with the opportunity to develop increasing autonomy while working within a supportive Consultant-led environment.

The position is particularly suited to doctors who want to consolidate their Australian O&G; experience and develop the clinical competencies required for future specialist training.

General Registration with AHPRA
n
Recent Australian clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
n
Previous experience appropriate to Registrar level
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Availability to commence in the short term
