Your role as an Apprentice Electrician
n
n
Performing preparation work and installation of cable pathways and supports
n
Installing electrical and communications cabling as required (both internal & external)
n
Identify and terminate electrical and communications cabling (e.g. colour coding)
n
Assist in testing of installed cabling systems and associated equipment
n
Interpret and maintain up-to-date documentation
n
Maintain valuable communication with teammates and other personnel at all times
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian Standards and site requirements
n
Assistance with various project and service groups as required, including purchasing and equipment checks
n
Participate in on and off-the-job training to advance your skills and responsibilities.

Comply at all times with company policies and procedures
n

What You Bring To The Table
n
n
Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship in Certificate III Electrotechnology.
n
Current Driver's Licence (minimum Provisional P1) with reliable transport
n
Construction General Induction (White Card)
n
Completion of Year 10 or higher education
n
Motivated, shows initiative and willingness to learn
n
Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic attendance
n
Diligence to safe work requirements
n
Follow directions and perform tasks with excellent attention to detail
n
Contributes to achieving desired outcomes and a positive work culture
n
Basic computer/mobile device skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
n
