What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales
A proven track record of selling a minimum of 15 properties within the last 12 months
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset
A driven, self-motivated personality who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A passion for real estate and commitment to ongoing career growth
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (formerly known as the Agents Representative Certificate)
Full driver’s license
