As Car Wash Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure every customer receives a quality and effective service. Key responsibilities
Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash site.
Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
Maintain a professional, friendly and customer-focused environment.
Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
Promote compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
Prepare rosters and manage attendance, performance and daily team requirements.




Monitor cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.
Support sales growth, manage costs and work towards operational targets.
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Provide regular updates on staffing, operations and performance.

About you
Previous experience managing a car wash, automotive service, retail, hospitality or other rapid-paced customer-service business.
Robust leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
The ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
A practical approach to managing staff, equipment and daily operations.
Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours, as required by the business.
A current driver's licence is desirable.
