About the role

You will provide high-quality, personalised audiological care in a friendly, independent hearing clinic. This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is an opportunity to enjoy a varied clinical caseload involving both paediatric and adult clients, while working in an environment where clinical care comes before sales. For the right person, there is also a genuine long-term pathway towards greater involvement in the business, including the potential for profit sharing or future business ownership.

Key responsibilities
Comprehensive hearing assessments
Paediatric and adult audiological assessments
Diagnostic audiometry and tympanometry
Hearing aid selection, fitting and programming
Hearing aid reviews, adjustments and troubleshooting
Tinnitus assessment, management and support
Qualified ear wax removal
Client counselling and education
Professional reporting and recommendations
Liaising with GPs, specialists and allied health professionals

About you
Experienced and confident in clinical practice
Accredited HSP practitioner
Member of AcAUd or AudA with CCP
Skilled, friendly and approachable
Passionate about providing excellent client care




Comfortable working with both paediatric and adult clients
Confident with hearing aid technology and programming
Interested in tinnitus management and broader hearing healthcare
Experienced in or willing to perform ear wax removal
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
