We’re hiring for a passionate Casual Team Leaders to join the crew at our Yo-Chi Bondi Junction venue!

Lead shifts with confidence and keep the energy high

Support the Venue Manager in driving performance and creating a local favourite

Build, motivate and mentor a diverse team

Deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest

Support day to day operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently

Is this you?

Leadership experience in food, hospitality, or retail (Quick Food experience is a bonus)

A people first mindset, you thrive on building teams and creating community

Resilient, adaptable, and always ready with a can do attitude

Available to work a adaptable casual roster, including nights, weekends, and closing shifts
