We're on the hunt for a production admin star to help us maintain the smooth flow of work through our system, as well as being one of the friendly voices of our brand.

This is an chance to join a professional promotional marketing agency at the ground floor and grow into being an integral part of our support system - across our 3 business brands.

Duties:
Assist with telephone / reception
Creation of purchase orders for our supplier partners
Communication with our suppliers about products/work in progress
Admin Support to our managing directors
Updates/communication to our clients

Other important details worth knowing:
Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm), Friday (8.30am - 3.00pm)
A commitment that no 2 days will be the same

About you:

Whilst experience in an office is highly favoured,

In terms of age, we're open to any age, providing they have the ability to learn new skills and complete work to a high degree of quality and accuracy… plus, of course, we want them to be excellent fun to work with.

You'll also need:
Highly competent and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel is essential
Drivers' License

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
