The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer who knows how to deliver a job.
You'll work directly alongside the Director and two Site Supervisors, taking ownership across delivery, commercial, programming, procurement and engineering.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be close to the site, close to the client and trusted to make decisions.
You'll also have the prospect to improve project systems and processes, including CivilPro, as the business continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
Cost tracking, forecasting and cost-to-complete
Programming and look-ahead planning
Procurement and subcontractor management
Variations, progress claims and commercial reporting
Driving engineering and day-to-day project delivery
Managing QA, HSEQ and project compliance
Working closely with supervisors, clients and subcontractors
Identifying issues early and getting them resolved
What We're Looking For:
Civil Engineering qualification
Strong PE / SPE civil construction experience
Background across roads, rail, earthworks, drainage or infrastructure
Civil subcontractor experience highly regarded
Strong commercial and programming capability
Confident dealing with clients and site teams
Someone who takes ownership and cares about the result
