We’re looking for a confident and capable Duty Manager to take charge of the hotel during the shift and help keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for leading the team, delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing day-to-day hotel and food & beverage operations, and making sure the venue is safe, compliant and operating to a high standard.

The role includes supervising staff, handling guest enquiries and complaints, managing cash and operational issues, completing opening/closing procedures, responding to incidents, and ensuring the hotel is presented at its best.

We’re looking for someone with:
Solid leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Sound judgement and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Hospitality management experience
RSA knowledge and a solid understanding of compliance
RCG Certificate and knowledge of gaming machine procedures
The flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
