We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Inventory Team Member to take ownership of our orders and stock management — a critical role that keeps our trade customers moving.

About the Role

This is a key operational role focused on ensuring our trade customers receive the right products, on time, every time.

You’ll be responsible for managing orders end-to-end — from ordering stock and maintaining availability through to picking, packing, and coordinating delivery or collection.

You’ll also play an important part in keeping our warehouse and store running smoothly through general inventory support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Orders & Stock Management
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Accurate receipting of stock and goods into our POS computer system
Support stock replenishment and general inventory control
Assembly of some equipment




Delivering items to customers throughout the local area
Maintaining and ensuring a safe, clean and organised goods inward area
Providing exceptional levels of customer service
Assist customers with collections when required
Load and unload stock (forklift use)

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a warehouse, hardware, or trade environment (preferred)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Robust organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Valuable communication skills and team mindset
Forklift licence (highly regarded or training can be arranged)
Basic computer skills
