We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator / Civil Labourer to join a project from start to completion in Ningi.

The project will involve bulk earthworks, drainage and roadworks, with the successful candidate operating a roller while also assisting with spotting, directing trucks and general civil labouring duties as required.

Requirements for this position
Roller ticket and proven experience operating on civil projects
Construction White Card
Comfortable spotting and directing trucks
Willing to perform general civil labouring and site duties
Reliable transport
Valuable communication skills and a solid work ethic

Pay details and conditions
$38.50/hr + Penalties
Meal and Travel Allowances paid in line with Award
3–4 months of work
Potential for ongoing opportunities for the right candidate
Can pay PAYG or ABN
Super paid for ABN workers – No Sham Contracting
