As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a commercially driven C&I; Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships and support continued growth across key markets.

About your new role
n As the C&I; Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening the organisation's customer base through effective account management, relationship development, and the identification of new business opportunities.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Manage and grow a portfolio of C&I; customers, developing strong and trusted relationships.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
n
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across C&I; energy solutions.
n
Understand customer challenges and energy requirements and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
n




Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful delivery of solutions.
n

About you
n You are a commercially minded Account Manager with a strong understanding of the energy sector and a proven ability to manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver revenue growth.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, business development, or commercial roles within the energy, utilities, or related sectors.
n
Preferencing a strong knowledge of C&I; energy sales and an understanding of the commercial and industrial energy market.
n
Experience working with and managing relationships through a broker channel, with an understanding of broker-led sales and customer acquisition.
n
A proven track record of building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
n
Experience identifying customer needs and developing solutions that deliver both financial and operational outcomes.
n
A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance commercial objectives with customer success.
