Revampt Cabinets is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join us during an exciting stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone confident across all areas of cabinetry — from building to installing — who wants to work closely with the business owners to help shape systems, standards, and the future direction of the company.

About the Role
n
As a Senior Cabinet Maker, you'll be hands‐on across the full process: manufacturing, assembly, installation and problem‐solving on all our projects. You'll also play a key part in refining workshop operations as we continue to build the foundations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manufacture and assemble high‐quality cabinetry and custom joinery
n
Install kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke projects to a high standard
n
Work closely with the business owners to improve systems, workflow and productivity
n
Assist with planning, dry‐fits and quality assurance
n
Provide guidance and support to junior team members as the team grows
n
Maintain solid attention to detail and uphold Revampt's quality standards
n

About You
n
n
Trade‐qualified Cabinet Maker
n
Confident across both workshop and on‐site installation
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude
n
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
Comfortable working in a small team and contributing to a positive culture
n
Keen to be part of shaping a growing business
n
Palette Cad experience an advantage but not essential
n
