Job Description
We are looking for an experienced nurse who can confidently manage a range of clinical duties and support our doctors in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services. You'll be working in a modern, fully equipped medical centre alongside a dedicated team of GPs, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities
n
Perform Iron Infusions safely and efficiently.
n
Conduct Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans.
n
Administer Immunisations for both adults and children.
n
Assist in minor procedures and wound management.
n
Coordinate patient recalls, reminders, and follow-ups.
n
Support accreditation, infection control, Cold Chain Management and clinical compliance processes.
n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
n
Maintain RACGP Standards requirements up to date.
n
About you
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
n
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a General Practice or Primary Care setting.
n
Proficient in Best Practice or similar clinical software (preferred).
n
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
n
Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Private practice: 1 year (Required).
n
Venipuncture and canulation qualified
n
n
