McArthur Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to step into an Educational Leader position within a small, inclusive preschool in Lakemba.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who wants to take a leadership role in pedagogy, mentor a supportive team and contribute to high-quality outcomes for children and families.

About the Role
n
As the Educational Leader, you will:
n
n
Lead and influence pedagogical practice across the service
n
Mentor and support educators to build confidence and capability
n
Drive reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
Support the development of high-quality, play-based programs
n
Work collaboratively with allied health professionals and external stakeholders
n
Support inclusive practice for children with high support learning needs
n
Contribute to compliance, documentation and continuous improvement
n
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Act as Responsible Person when required
n

What We're Looking For
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Experience applying the National Quality Framework
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
n
Experience mentoring or guiding educators
n
A strong understanding of inclusive and culturally responsive practice
n
Experience supporting children with high support learning needs
n
Confidence with documentation, compliance and continuous improvement
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
n
n
You will also require a current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Workers Check, or eligibility to obtain these.
