Sublime Electrical is an established, medium sized Electrical business working on commercial construction/refurbishments projects.

We have secure large projects for the next 12 months and have a strong pipeline of future upcoming projects.
n
We are currently completing projects valued between $150k and $3.5mil in the following sectors;
n
n
School Construction projects
n
School refurbishment projects
n
Aged Care
n
Parks and Sports Field Lighting
n
n
We are looking for a licensed Electrical Tradesman to join our thriving team.
n
This is a full-time long-term position.
n

Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Review of project plans and specification to ensure a complete understanding of the project.
n
Leading the site team to complete tasks within the allocated labour and material budgets.
n
Follow the company WHS systems to ensure safe working conditions for the site team.
n
Communicate with the project manager to ensure labour and materials are organized in advance.
n
Maintaining all tools, plant and equipment on site to a high standard.
n
Undertake quality assurance inspections and complete QA check lists.
n




Liaising with builder for daily site co-ordination.
n
Manage our sub-contractors to ensure construction programs are met.
n
n
To be successful, you will:
n
n
Have commercial electrical experience in projects of a similar nature.
n
Be Punctual and reliable.
n
Be able to accurately read specifications and interpret plans.
n
Have solid communication skills.
n
Have high attention to detail and high-quality finishes.
n
Have the ability to coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner.
n
Possess a positive, motivated attitude.
n
Be able to communicate in a transparent and courteous manner.
n
Be able to work well in a team environment.
n
Be flexible and able to work autonomously.
n
Hold a current NSW drivers' licence and a vehicle for transport.
n
Hold a current Electrical Licence
n
Ideally you will have at least 2-5 years post trade experience. If you can show us you are organised, have the technical knowledge, can deliver high-quality finishes, and contribute to a growing business you will be well in front of the rest. This is a full-time long-term position.
