The Quadrangle Club, the faculty and social club of the University of Chicago, is seeking a leadership-minded chef to assume responsibilities in the absence of the sous or executive chef. You will maintain guest service, uphold high food quality, control costs, and supervise kitchen operations across restaurant, banquet, lounge and to-go programs.
