Senior Accountant position is available on a full time basis.

We are a growing chartered accounting firm in the Sydney CBD with a diverse range of clients, mainly small businesses, start-ups and non-profits.
n
As a senior with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public practice, you will be joining a growing firm servicing a client base, increasing referral business and new and emerging industries. We are located on Pitt Street near Martin Place and provides business consultancy, taxation, and accounting services.

Duties & responsibilities

Quarterly BAS and IAS Preparation
n
Ledger maintenance reconciliations
n
Assisting senior staff and partners
n
General tax and accounting tasks
n
Manage staff and workflow
n
Other adhoc administration duties where required
n
n
Requirements & attributes

Willingness to learn with a continuous improvement mindset
n
Solid work ethic
n
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
Working towards a tertiary qualification in Accounting or comparable degree
n
Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills (soft skills)
n
