The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing commercial sales and leasing opportunities, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, generating new business and driving transactions from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have the prospect to work across a variety of commercial assets and develop long-term relationships with clients while being supported by an experienced team.

About You

Experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
n
Strong understanding of the commercial property market
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Confident, skilled and well presented

Strong relationship-building and business development skills
n
Motivated and driven by achieving results
n
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Strong desire to grow and develop within commercial real estate
