Job Description
Bunnings is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in a busy warehouse setting. You will report to the Site Manager and guide a team of 50+ direct reports, ensuring safety, customer focus and smooth store performance.

Develop departmental plans, monitor key metrics, coach Managers and staff, and uphold safety and wellbeing standards while driving sales and margins across the area.
