About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and outcome-driven Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in Ipswich.
In this community-based role supporting NDIS participants, you will provide client-centered occupational therapy across a diverse, mixed caseload (infants to seniors). This position offers a supportive environment with realistic performance expectations, structured mentorship, and true work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based community and home interventions for NDIS participants.
Work with a wide-ranging caseload spanning early intervention, pediatrics, adults, and aged care.
Maintain a manageable daily billable target of 5.5 hours per day.
Collaborate with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary providers to support functional goal achievement.
Complete timely clinical documentation,
functional capacity evaluations, and NDIS reports.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Open to Junior through Senior clinicians (1 to 2+ years of clinical OT experience minimum).
Qualified Registration: Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
Location & Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits in the Ipswich region.
Clearances: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
