Your day to day
Lead and support the team to deliver high‑quality Food & Beverage service aligned with Qantas and Accor brand standards.
Maintain solid knowledge of Qantas service expectations and ensure delivery matches consistently.
Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, operational challenges, and daily communication needs.
Run briefings and deliver daily training sessions to build team capability.
Ensure the lounge is always service‑ready: grooming standards met, equipment clean and organised, and glassware polished.
Uphold all health, safety, compliance, and brand standards, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.
