presentation and consistency Follow food safety and hygiene requirements Work effectively as part of a kitchen team Maintain a clean and safe work workplace Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation Qualification & experience Certificate 4 in kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management Previous proven 1 to 3 years of experience as a Cook Good knowledge of Indian Cuisine and cooking techniques Robust attention to food quality and hygiene Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
