Know How Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client in Doncaster for a Machine Operative to join their growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production or machine operating experience who is looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established company.

Duties Include
n

Operating and monitoring production machinery
n
Loading raw materials onto machines
n
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
n
Adjusting machine settings where required
n
Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
n
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
n
Completing production paperwork and records
n




Working towards production targets and KPIs
n
n
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
n
n
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production setting
n
Machine operating experience desirable but not essential
n
Good attention to detail
n
Strong work ethic and reliability
n
Ability to work as part of a team
n
Commitment to health and safety procedures
