Job Description
Playground manufacturing located in Western Suburbs of Melbourne is seeking an experienced fabricator to join the team. You will design, fabricate, construct and install a range of commercial playground structures and play scape equipment.

Key responsibilities
n
Read and interpret complex shop drawings and markup plans
n
Operate plant, machinery and handheld tools to complete assigned jobs and projects
n
Perform MIG, TIG and WIG welding as required and to specification
n
Perform general metal fabrications in line with both customer specifications and internal requirements
n
Create a jig and use jig as required to perform fabrication
n
Perform manual lifting and handling when required
n




Perform oxy cuttings and plasma cutting
n
Perform general assembly tasks
n
About you
n
Trade qualified Boiler Maker with minimum 2 years industry experience
n
Manual driver's license
n
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and markup plans
n
Ability to schedule work and resources required for the site
n
HR license (Preferred not Essential)
n
Dogman/Riggers license (Preferred not Essential)
n
Crane Operator license (Preferred not Essential)
n
Must have full working rights in Australia
