Job Description
Our client is an established builder-developer, they're now seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential and reinforced concrete construction to oversee an apartment project in Bayside, Eastern Suburbs Brisbane.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations and construction delivery.
n
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel across multiple work fronts.
n
Manage construction sequencing, programming, structural cycles and project milestones.
n
Oversee quality, safety, inspections, defects and compliance throughout the project.
n
Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, consultants, certifiers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain programme.
n

About you
n
n
8+ years' Site Management experience across high-rise residential or major reinforced concrete projects.
n




Proven experience overseeing multi-level post-tensioned slab construction – essential.
n
Strong understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement, concrete placement and structural cycle management.
n
QBCC Open Builder Licence (Supervisor or Builder Class).
n
White Card and current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to manage subcontractors, programme, quality and WHS.
n
